NOTES
Payment by cash or bank transfer or credit card only. $2 extra each way for Non Cash payments OR 3% of the total amount (whichever is higher).
Each extra Baggage other than 2 baggages per pax (1check-in upto 25kgs + 1cabin upto 7kgs) may be charged $5 extra.
Surf Boards, Push Bike, Oversize baggage etc. each $10 extra.
Baby Seats/Boosters can be provided for an extra $10 per piece.
Soiling/Rubbishing the vehicle in any form incurs $100 cleaning charges.
All arrivals will be charged $10/- extra and includes a complimentary «Meet n Greet» service at the airport/ports.
All Arrival Bookings MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE before the arrival day.
For INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS our driver shall wait for ONLY 1h:30m from theflight landing time. Beyond this time the driver can wait if you PRIOR inform our office about your delay in coming out. This will also cost you an EXTRA $20 for every half an hour after the scheduled waiting time, this amount should be paid to the driver directly before departing the airport. For DOMESTIC ARRIVALS the same rule shall apply after 30mins of the flight landing time. If you do not inform us about your delay in coming out it shall be considered as a ‘No Show’.
For INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS our driver shall arrive 30 minutes from your flight landing time. In case your flight lands earlier than the scheduled time, you may call us immediately on landing and we shall try our best to arrange an earlier pickup for you before your normal pickup time.
All jobs that are performed from 22:00 hrs till 06:00 hrs will be charged $15 extra.
A waiting charge of $15 will incur for every 15minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.
Every additional pick-up OR drop-off in-between the starting and ending point of the transfer will be charged a minimum of $10 extra depending upon the distance of travel.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and includes GST.
